Name: Finley Rancier

Job on the ship: As a doctor she takes care of most of the medical aspects on the ship, ranging from surgeries to simple tasks. She makes most of the medicine and tonics from medicinal herbs and keeps detailed logs of the crew members (such as their health problems or any injuries in the past)
Appearance: Longer, dark hair that never falls into a part and is constantly being pushed back messily, faint, lighter colored strands that are usually found towards the ends of her hair. Her hair is thinner, though the underside of her hair is wavy which makes it appear a bit thicker. Tanned skin from being out on the sea so much, though it still leans towards a paler tone, light freckles nearly everywhere from the bridge of her nose, collarbone, shoulders, and arms, though most are barely noticeable. Flushed undertones on her cheeks and shoulders. Softer features and a longer, perkier nose. 5'6 with a lean build, bad posture from the hours she spends on medicinal work. Personality: Thoughtful and peaceful, she could even be described as soulful. Tends to always be tired or sleepy. Doesn’t see the point in agitating others or fighting, though isn’t afraid to put someone back into their place. Responsible, soft-spoken, likes to laugh and be distracted to take her mind off of things. Can seem a little sad at times, though she likes to have fun. Artistic, blushes easily. Calming and easy to talk to.
How long they've been with the crew: 1 year.
Other: Finley was born on the island of Barne, which is known for meditation and healing. Her parents had expected her to be a boy, and when she was born they still gave her the more masculine name that they had originally chosen. When she was born, a few months later her mom had passed away from an almost unseen, slow disease (a bit like cancer) that none of the healers from the island had seen before. She had never known her mother well, though it greatly affected her father and he was always working or away from home, leaving her to care for herself. She had never had any siblings, though she had a few close friends on the island that she had been close to. Eventually, Finley's father had left on a trip to supposedly trade a few medicinal herbs from their apothecary, but never came home, leaving her on her own. Soon, after wandering the different cities, Finely managed to find the crew of The Wanderer's where she then joined them. Believes in crystal healing so she has a few necklaces that she brought from home. Has a small lizard they found on Barne a few months ago named Ba'al. Tries to stray from anything unhealthy, though has a slight drinking problem.
