Rivergarden Castle
Large stone castle set on the edge of the Uttara Highlands cliff spanning an 800' waterfall.

Front faces the city and is ornate, carved stone. The back faces over the cliffs and looks like a large imposing fortress.

Usage
10 private royal bedrooms, 5 for the ladies maids to the queen and princesses, 5 for the valet to the king and princes. 10 for maid staff. 7 for cooks and below-stairs staff, 6 for the groomsmen, and 7 courtier guest bedrooms.
4 private baths for royal family, 4 privies for royals. 3 baths for guests, 3 privies. 4 baths for castle staff, 4 privies. 1 bath, 1 privy for groomsmen.
Seat of royal power, justice, prison.

Spectacular views of the grasslands from the west side. Top floors have spectacular views of the Dakkur Bodden mountains.
The common people think of it as privileged to live/work near the castle. The wealthy prefer to live else were in the city and make a spectacle of going to court.
