She lost her right eye to a person she met while walking on a trail. She covers the scar with a white peony.

Hana doesn't quite show emotions on her face as much as she does with her actions and she's generally stoic. The few emotions she shows vividly are shock and anger.

When she's happy, her steps will become lighter and bouncier. Though this doesn't happen very often, so no one really takes note of it. Additionally, she'll knit her hands together with the exception of her index fingers. She'll keep them pressed together and just keep flexing them. Very small and simple habit, so no one really takes notice to this either.

When sad, a petal falls from the peony that replaces her right eye. Usually, people just look at it and think nothing of it. Though rarely, tears will fall from both eyes, sometimes people believe it to be horrific. Her lips will quiver and she'll smile despite the streams running down her cheeks. Her mouth refuses to downturn whenever she's sad.

When shocked, her first instinct is, strangely, to grab her own throat. Nobody-- including Hana herself-- is sure why she does this. Her left eye will widen and shake slightly, often causing her to close it sometimes, as if wincing. At first, when she's shocked, people often think there's something wrong with her throat due to how she displays it.

When angry, she can and will glare right at the cause of it. Hana doesn't speak often outside of work, but this is a rare occasion where she does. She'll speak one word to you, simple and plain: "Incorrigible."

She likes to see her job less as helping people work out their problems and more as walking them to the solution that they weren't looking at. She's very motivated to achieve that goal.

If you present her any type of treat, she'll more than likely be motivated to get it.

Nothing diagnosed, as she has not been to a doctor since she was 4 years old.
