Helel stayed dormant in the Summoning Tube as Joyce grew into her powers. He would appear as hallucinations to check her progress as she was growing but didn’t actively start investing in her life until she defeated the Tower of Babel and became the King of Bel.
He was born to Law but willingly turned to Chaos because he didn’t agree with YHVH and His methods. This is the reason why his vessels (and those associated directly with him) have blue and red color motifs.
History
Helel is Lucifer as he was when he was serving the heavenly host. He lost the name when he fell and became known simply as the “light-bringer”.
