December 18th
Simon is the eldest of two children. He was raised by his mothers for the first three years of his life, before one divorced the other while Cynthia(his mama) was pregnant with his sibling, Jesse. Cynthia single-handedly raised them both before being drafted into EISTRO. She firsthand saw the horrors EISTRO is responsible for, and is the reason Simon and Jesse joined the rebellion.
