She wears a dress in tones that match her hair, clinging to her slender figure, a fabric as light as air and which shimmered like the mist at the foot of a waterfall. Other outfits are stylish, an assortment of dresses, winter wear, pants and so on - all in bright colors and floral patterns.

When she's going about as the vigilante, the White Wolf, she wears a WHITE WOLF MASK/HEADDRESS to cover her face, and a long ADVANT JACKET with matching boots. If she's in a situation where the mask is knocked off, she has the option to use the hood on her jacket.

A golden scale rests upon the small of her back, close to the spine. Dark veins branch outward from it and the skin around it is a faint purple - a visible sign of her curse. She also has a birthmark in the shape of an upward facing crescent moon on her right shoulder blade.

Anyone's skepticism would evaporate when their eyes laid upon the lady in question. She's like a vision, something half-dreamt that had found its way to reality. Tall and slight, her face is a perfect oval; her hair falling down her back in streams of white and gold, stirring slowly as she moves, seeming to curl and sway with a life all its own. She wears a dress in tones that match her hair, clinging to her slender figure, a fabric as light as air and which shimmered like the mist at the foot of a waterfall. Her skin is as pale as milk and inhumanly perfect, and her features are alien, resembling those of a woman and yet not, seeming smother somehow, as if she were molded rather than born. Her eyes are pools of endless topaz, like a lake of molten gold.

When she speaks, her voice is that of a yew through autumn leaves - golden, strong, compassionate and rich. Light and an inviting, comforting warmth radiate from her in waves. This, accompanied by an empathic and pleasant demeanor, has a tendency to make people feel at ease with and trust her. Oftentimes, because of this strange comfort, others feel as though they can rely on and tell her anything - and in truth, they can. At times, light can manifest above her head like a halo; one would swear that she's an angel in human form. There is some truth to this, as she can shift specific parts of her body to become draconic, or bring forth draconic features - the most common of which are her wings. In human form, when the wings form, they're covered in snowy white feathers with golden tips.

Upon meeting people for the first time, usually people decide if they like someone within the first minute of meeting them. Akiko gives people at least an hour.

Akiko has a happy, carefree disposition and trusts people easily unless given a reason not to. Her sincerity naturally draws people to her, including those with ill intentions who wish to take advantage of her kind nature. Humble, compassionate and loving, Akiko cares for coworkers, friends and even the servants of her House and considers them family. She sympathizes with all people regardless of their origins, and believes that everyone deserves a second chance. She is often swayed by her emotions, unable to maintain her composure when caught off guard. Despite this, she exhibits good survival instincts.

When faced with adversity, Akiko shows fierce determination and persistence. She has a strong moral compass and an even stronger sense of justice, to the point that if she knows that wrong-doing is afoot and the justice system cannot stop it, she will. Although she does what she can in her position and connections to authorities, there are times where it's not enough. That is when she takes matters into her own hands, as a modern day, supernatural vigilante that will do whatever is necessary to stop evil doers and save people - especially if those people are kids.

An extremely perceptive individual, Akiko is capable of understanding a situation from the smallest of details. She can accurately analyze people without personally interacting with others and has very good intuition.

Fortunately or unfortunately, Akiko is empathic - almost on a supernatural level. She feels the emotions of others like a second nature, and it dictates how she approaches a person. She can tell when someone is off, upset but saying they're fine, angry, etc and uses her own energy to help comfort those who need it. Through her empathy, she can also sense one's intent, and typically knows if she or someone else will be in danger.

» Bright and vibrant colors. The lighter they are, the happier she is. Akiko always has to have color in her life. The absence of color depresses her.
» Akiko LOVES children and has a huge soft spot for them. She will never turn away a child in need or one that she so much as thinks is being abused.
» Soft, beautiful music. Instrumentals, powerful tracks with operatic or beautiful voices, and so on. Although she'll listen to all kinds of music, the softer, slower songs are her favorites.
» On the same coin, she also loves to sing - and she can do so extremely well, always singing with emotion. She can also play the piano, the flute, cello and violin.

» Happy movies and comedies.
» Ice cream
» Cooking and baking - both she does on expert levels. On the weekends, she bakes several cakes, pastries and all sorts of other things to sell at the local markets. If she's busy during that time, her older adopted children help out where they can. She also loves having people over when she cooks.
» She loves people and making friends. Akiko isn't the type to approach anyone with romance on the mind, only connections and expanding her family.
» Reading and learning.
» She loves love and everything about it. Akiko is a hopeless romantic and is a sucker for a romance film or novel, but when it comes to real life... She's incredibly shy and innocent in that department. She's never had a successful romantic relationship and to this date, remains a virgin.

» Corrupted and terrible people, including politicians, judges, lawyers, cops and so on.
» The justice and prison systems, sometimes. It's not perfect and there's very little that she can do to fix it. But she raises awareness where she can, and continues to be an advocate for such issues.

» Dating. Dating seems like an impossible dream that she can't quite grasp. She's an ace with giving others relationship advice, but isn't so good at it herself. Akiko doesn't really know how to flirt, she's too shy - though sometimes she can come across as flirtatious without meaning to. She's also completely oblivious to flirtation until someone starts getting physical.
» Realizing that someone flirted with her long after the fact and knowing that she'd been completely oblivious the entire time.
» Messes. Akiko is sort of a neat freak, she can't stand her house or place of work being dirty. When messes happen, she takes care of it as soon as possible. Her adopted kids learned, and learned early, to keep things clean and tidy or else it negatively affects Akiko's mood.
» Ghouls make her uncomfortable, simply because they eat people. The same can be said for cannibals, only they're not doing it because they have to, they're doing it because they're disturbed.
» Wasting time and effort.
» Being rushed.
» Feeling alone and not having anything to focus on

There's not a lot that can bring her down. Akiko will always appear to be happy and smiling, even if she doesn't feel that way. Only the people that she's closest to with ever see a range of other emotions.
» Akiko has a strong moral compass and will not deviate from it unless her mind has dehumanized a terrible individual, and has labeled them as a monster. Not all monsters can be saved.
» No matter how bad things get or how dark things can be, she is always the light in the darkness. Akiko is relentless and full of hope that cannot be ripped away. Her strength encourages others to also be strong in the face of adversity, and to keep going with their heads held high.
» She remains humble and grateful, even for the little things.
» She sees the beauty in just about everything, and will do what she can to bring this beauty out.
» Akiko does not care what people, in general, think.
» Back in her day, she was part of a noble family and was trained by Paladins. She even led squadrons of them. As such, she has kept her body in good shape to keep up with fighting crime.

Akiko gives back to her community as much as she can and will always volunteer to help people in need. The only prejudices she has are against the people that she reads as bad. Although she is the type to continue giving chances to a fault, there is a point of no return where she WILL dehumanize a person and dub them a monster. And monsters, in her book, should be eliminated to protect the greater good.

She loves people in general. She doesn't see species, skin color, sex or gender identity - none of that matters to her. Only a person's heart does.

Akiko doesn't subscribe to one religion. She has consumed the religious texts of all of the worlds' faiths and from them, has her own understanding of the world, its faiths and so on. There are nuggets of truth in every religion. Although she does believe in a higher power, the higher power that many think to be one deity, Akiko believes is the universe itself.

The rest of the Enyar and Tithiros families, along with all of the children that she’s adopted in her long life.

She was born to the Enyar family, descendants of the Cesario's. Because of her appearance, her parents recognized her immediately and kept her hidden from the rest of the family. As soon as they were able, they left the country with their daughter - for Akiko is the reincarnation of Sharugen Cesario. Thus, rather than keep the family name, her parents had her last name changed officially to 'Cybele'.

Stresa
Akiko is never without a wolf companion in her life, but Stresa has been with her the longest. At first glance, Stresa appears to be a regular artic wolf - but she is larger than other normal artic wolves and she understands human commands easily. This is because Stresa is actually a shifter, one of Akiko's adopted children from some time ago, that never left home. She is more comfortable being the family pet and her mother's partner in crime than she is away from home, or more specifically, away from Akiko. Stresa is more animal than human and is capable of unconditional love.

She is Akiko's companion to fight injustice.

Akiko has always wanted children of her own, but hasn't found a love worth having children with. She's always been the nurturing sort, and will always adopt animals as well as people to shower with love. As such, Akiko has adopted and raised all sorts of children throughout the entirety of her life; all of the children that she has raised and the ones she has saved grew up to be model citizens with a powerful sense of justice and a strong moral compass. It's no wonder she's earned her past life's nickname as the 'mother of light'.

Rosalyn Reid was originally one of her adopted children. But sadly when she left home, Rosalyn was turned into Phage and has not been in much contact - leaving Akiko rather worried.

While changing into draconic form, the feathers recede and become smaller to give way to skin flaps - but they're still there, just hard to spot. When fully changed, Akiko's draconic form stands at an imposing fourteen feet tall with an eighty-four foot wingspan, and from nose to tail tip, is forty-two feet long. She is a pure white dragon with golden accents upon her horns, claws and belly scales.

Note that she has four limbs and wings.
