Living for a better future really helps him get up in the morning, but he finds it hard to even find motivation sometimes.

Cannot get close to other people easily, and struggles to open up emotionally due to his mental conditions.

Met had about as bumpy of a childhood as Neo. Together the pair of twins shifted homes in the system of foster homes, neither of them being happy with the homes they were put in, whether it was one or both that wanted to change. The pair of twins do NOT like each other, and didn't within their childhood either due to the stress of just constantly being in the situation they were in together.
After Neo took flight and abandoned him, Met lived alone in the system for three years. In his last home, they paid for his education and gifted him a black grand piano. He is still in contact with them today and considers them his family if he were to introduce anyone to them.
However in his college years, he lived on campus and met a woman named Melly, who he dated through his sophomore year to the very end of his senior year. The pair met because they were in the same major and shared a lot of classes, and mutually bonded over it. Melly made the first move and they dated since then. Things were fine for about a year or so before Melly started to fiscally take advantage of Met. He had a lot of stingy spending habits so he managed to amass a lot of money in his saving's account as his internships paid him. He never had the grit to stand up to her, so he allowed her to keep taking as she pleased.
Soon that wasn't enough for her, and she turned onto him as he expressed his displeasure in her spending his money. She drank more and took more drugs, making her irrational and abusive.
Met tried to speak up about his abuse to the board but was instead shot down by her alleging the same to him, and almost getting him expelled. Melly was arrested shortly thereafter for possession of class A drugs. Met has no idea what has happened to her or if she is out of prison or not.
Now he is in therapy and has tried to fix himself but can't bring himself to take the drugs prescribed to him. He also works almost full time but he doesn't have much else to do.
