The elderly sun elf weaver who came to Kingsreach alongside Li Shun Mao. A veritable wizard with most fabrics, she was engaged by the Osovans to help cloth Carunas' servitors in Kingsreach.

Shah: I am a little nervous in Shiva's presence. Elves usually make me nervous.
Ua-Lo: We did not talk to Shiva much at first because, well, is hard for us with elves, they live so long it is unnerving. But our cloak tore one day, and we were so upset we ran to weavers' tent and asked first person we saw for help, and that was Shiva. She was very kind and let us watch her fix it right away, speaking nicely and gently to us, and it reminded us very much of Vauri. Now it is comforting to come talk to her sometimes, when we miss home.
