Tomoko: Delilah has a strong relationship with Tomoko, given she's her mom, but she hasn't talked to her since she moved out with Josuke. When Delilah was living with her, Tomoko tried her best to assure to Josuke that Delilah would be fine on her own.

Josuke: Delilah has an extremely strong bond with Josuke. She holds him close to her heart after what he went through in 1999, and helps him with his ongoing paranoia. Given how Josuke was affected by Kira and his killing spree, he tries to keep Delilah away from people who remind him of Kira.

The second child of Tomoko Higashikata, Delilah was born just two years after her brother, Josuke Higashikata, finally rid of a serial killer who had been running rampant through their hometown, Morioh, Japan. Her childhood was fairly normal, other than Josuke being rather paranoid after his whole ordeal in 1999, and always keeping an eye on her if she went outside to play or anything. She moved out of her mom's home, alongside Josuke because of his paranoia and all, when she was 18.

Her Stand can heal anyone besides herself. She cannot heal anyone after they have died.
