Tall and thin

While in his true form: jet black skin, misty eyes all over his body, no facial features, just eyes. Only eyes. In his complete angelic form, he has 6 wings (3 on each side of his back) and a halo.

-General Stuff-

• nervous around newcomers to the area, but is comfortable around the cryptids.


• pretty shy, doesn’t usually approach people if he can avoid it.


• speaks quietly until he feels comfortable around the person. It can sometimes be hard to hear him.


• goes into his “real form” when he gets stressed or upset, or when he gets really excited (or if he wants to lol)


• his real form is basically just a jet black, human shaped figure covered in eyes. The irises are all light grey.


• he can choose to show a couple eyes on various places on his body at will.


• he can see, regardless of his original eyes looking blind. He has terrible depth perception, though.


• loves anything shiny, or anything that makes a cool sound.

-True Form Stuff-

• a massive goof in his true form, if not angry. Will protect if needed, but will 100% try to hide behind you when encountering any human.


• Basically a big ol’ softie. Will trade his soul for cuddles and forehead smooches


• always cold. All the time. Give the big man blanket and he love you forever


• he love you for longer than forever if you sew/knit him a giant sweater


• sometimes goes into his true form just to cope before he really breaks down

He turns into an eldritch horror eye being when he experiences any strong, negative emotion. What’s not to love?

Hates babies. Absolutely despises them. Which is ironic, because he is baby

Can go over 30 minutes without blinking. Mostly only blinks because that’s what he’s used to people doing. Can also incite primal fear in the strongest-willed beings in existence just by showing his true form. He once had a mental breakdown and caused all of the animals in the TNT Area to burrow underground. They forgave him, of course. They knew it wasn’t his fault. Mothman seems to be the only creature immune to this effect.

Mothman’s wise teachings

He was kicked from heaven (‘the After’) for refusing to torture “sinners,” the job that he was created to do. He ended up in the woods of West Virginia, in a place known by locals as the “TNT Area.” This area was a government dumping ground for anything toxic, radioactive, or hazardous. This caused local flora and fauna to horribly mutate. This is where multiple local cryptids came to be,
including the infamous Mothman. He and Mothman are quite close, and still meet up on Saturday mornings for tea. He never really had much of a family. Mothman was like a father to him, however, and more or less raised him.

He can hide his true form, but it comes out when he experiences a strong negative emotion. His true form incites panic in almost anyone that sees it, which makes it hard for him to make (and keep) friends.

He got his name from his past mispronunciation of a “do not enter” sign. The name stuck.
