He wants to get his memories back, which he aims to do with Knight and Mage's help.
He wants desperately to know his purpose. He always talks about how he feels he has to do something important.
He's prone to fits of anxiety and panic that delay the main objective of the Squad a lot.
He's not a fighter in the slightest. The most magic he knows is how to cast middling bursts of fire.
Aid is a sudden ally that comes to the "aid" of the main heroes. Well, actually he came to them looking for aid. As a fellow amnesiac, Mage immediately felt bad for the little guy and invited him to join their Squad so they could help him. Knight, of course, was also on board for an extra hand in their little entourage. Specs was skeptical and thought that this guy was sketchy because of his sudden appearance. Wanda was concerned for his health due to his height, and GK was able to decipher that he was being completely truthful in saying that he has amnesia and needs help.
