Went to public school because her father wanted her to have a very normal upbringing, despite his position as president. She would like to get a college education at some point, but she doesn't know what.

After the events of Part 1, Bianca lives in a small three-room house on the outskirts of the Capitol.

Father: Sherman Wong

Bianca loved, respected, and trusted her father with her whole heart. They were very open with each other and set reasonable boundaries. Very, very healthy relationship. Sherman was a very dorky man who loved to tease and play around with Bianca. She was a very extroverted child who would always love to brag about how awesome her dad was. Sherman's assassination heavily affected Bianca. After he died in her arms, she became snappy and closed off. She's not over it, vowing to catch and kill the gunman who sniped him.

Mother: Elena Martinez Wong
Bianca doesn't know her mother. All she knows is that she left Concordia when Bianca was barely two-years-old.

Uncle-Figure: Jayme Mekonnen
Jayme is like an uncle to Bianca. Jayme and Sherman fought in WWIV together and then went into politics as president and vice-president. When Bianca was born, Sherman appointed Jayme as her godfather. After Sherman was assassinated, he took Bianca in and treated her extremely well. She's an adult now and doesn't live with him any longer, but their relationship is still very good. Jayme knows that he'll never be the father Sherman was, and Bianca knows that Jayme isn't trying to replace him.
