Worked at a circus from ages 10-18.

Grew up with parents and a little sister. Mother was killed by the plague when he was around 8 years old, his father was devastated. His father was a honest physician and was the leader of the guild before Dr. Chronicus. His father was out on a scouting mission with Sensei Sakeze (leader of the Battle Class) when they were both captured, his father ended up losing his life; Chronicus was only 10. Devastated by the death of his father he set about learning the ways of necromancy so as to never lose a loved one again. He and his sister went to live with their uncle, who would abuse and take advantage of them. Young Dr. C worked day and night to study hard and earn his medical license, as well as taking care of his sister. A few months after the death of his father he was studying in his room with his beloved pet raven when his uncle burst in, completely drunk, and started beating him, yelling and cussing. His raven tried to protect him and attacked the drunken uncle, to Chronicus' dismay. His raven was beaten to death by his uncle and tossed broken at his feet. That was the breaking point for Dr. C. He snuck into the city archives and stole a forbidden book about the dark arts. He studied that book and learned the ancient language it was written in. Eventually the day came when he rigged up a system and a plan. Digging up the body of his dead pet he brought it into the outside shed where his invention lay--and brought his pet back to life with lightning and brimstone. Ecstatic he added the study of this book to his already crammed schedule. Meanwhile, as the years went by, his skills and renown as a doctor grew, as his relationship with his little sister grew strained. Dr. C promised her that one day he would take over their father's guild and she would never want for anything again. In the middle of the night, when he was 17, she ran away....Overwhelmed with pain and guilt he threw himself entirely into working and studying. His Uncle grew more and more unbearable. At the age of 18 he left his uncle and went to live at the guild. His father's guild welcomed him with open arms, happy to have him back. When he was 25 years old the council voted him into the vacant position of headmaster.
