As I have said before, her father spoils her a lot. However, Fleur isn't grateful, neither does she appreciate the gifts and the care he expresses for her. Even though he does all this for her, she still likes her mother better because her mother allows her to use her evil and meanness how she wants to, though her mother (in her possession) was just weaponizing her cruelty for her host's goal.

Her mother legally owns her two other sisters, but not her. It doesn't even matter because Roraima lives on a whole different planet.
