She was born to Bennett and Ivory. She was the youngest of 3 children. Her two older brothers, Vincent and Lance, were 15 and 17 by the time she was born. She had a nice childhood, playing with her brothers and listening to the music they sang.

One day when she was 5, her father and brothers went across to the small island next to the main 1 they lived on to take care of some creatures that had started appearing. They never told Lily why and with a kiss goodbye, they left. Ivory was distraught and worried about them, as was Lily.

A year later, they got a letter saying that Bennett, Vincent, Lance, and the rest of their team were killed. This news broke Ivory to the point where she stopped caring for herself, only barely paying attention to Lily. Her mother eventually gave her up to an orphanage that year. While the orphanage was nice and welcoming and she made friends, she cried frequently, wishing she was with her family again. She often sang quietly to herself, songs that her brothers sang.

One year later, another girl, Ayana was dropped off the orphanage. Her mother kissed her head and left without another word as Ayana was crying. Lily and the rest of the orphanage surrounded her and welcomed her with open arms. As Lily and Ayana spoke more and more, they bonded. They both had bad pasts but together, they could do anything. They quickly became inseparable and started to call each other sister.

When Karla and Tristan came to the orphanage to adopt, they originally were just going to pick Lily but, seeing Ayana run up to Lily, tightly grab her and asked them to not take her sister away from her, convinced them to adopt both Lily and Ayana. She was 8 while Ayana was 4.

Later that year, she made friends with Cole, the son of her parents's friends, Jasmine and Hunter. Cole introduced her to Dakota 2 years later. She also was introduced to Seth by her mother a year later. She lived happily until a year later...
