Neosald Silnith is the last remaining member of House Silnith, and used to be a member of les Éternals as a vampire lord. However, shortly before the fall of les Éternals, he met Aaron Firehand, who shared their disinterest in Genrikh Gorbachev.
After his death in the fire bombing of the les Éternals headquarters, he was taken to the Pantheon, the meeting place of the gods. He was given his life back, but he also wished to keep the vampirism. They allowed it, and he went back to his regular duties.
A few years later, during the Battle of Las Aminour, Silnith witnessed the entire thing. Since technically not being alive, the Hellfire Engines did not target him. He watched as the Rightful Queen pinned Aaron down, in response to which he planeshifted to a new reality.
The next year, after Aaron Frosthand was elected president, Simon Ulcrates and a past version of Aaron visited him to find out what had happened with Ghosthand. He explains more of how the Exspiravit Protocol works, and also tells them that the multiverse is fragmenting.
