Katharine is tall and has a full build, a mix of muscle and curves. She's almost effortlessly glamorous, but in reality she puts quite a bit of time into curating that appearance. Her skin is pale and her brown eyes are framed by long lashes and sharp brows, and her lips are almost always done up in red lipstick. Her long red hair is straight with just a bit of wave, and always hangs loose. She has an air of elegance to her that was practiced all through her life.
Although Katharine puts great effort into looking almost untouchably glamorous, her lower abdomen is marred by heavy scarring from an injury she sustained in her early twenties when she was badly stabbed.
