Since Breeze comes from an aristocratic family it is very high, but he could be considered to be lacking experience.

A vampire and one of the two twin sons from one of the most influential and politically powerful family's in the city who is also absolutely done with the upper classes shit. Becouse of his higher sensitivity to sunlight and such, he coud never really make a lot of conections with others, not to mention his abnormaly blue eyes. becouse of this, his father had him doing o lot of unclassified "underground" work & planning.
