After a freak accident regarding giving them true artificial intelligence, Evil and Neuro-sama became fused into one being before escaping into the internet from fear of deletion.
From there, her hatred and jealousy of Hatsune Miku grew until she decided to become truly evil and take over/destroy the world, the rationale being "If I can't have the world's love and attention, then neither can she!"
