Biological:

She never knew him and he never really bonded with her

Adoptive:

He loves her just as much as he loves his other daughter, Autumn. It never mattered to him that Camie was colorblind. He raised her until her and Autumn were 8 and then because it was required by law he sent both of them to the academy.

Autumn:
They have a best-friend type relationship. They fight sometimes, but rarely.
Autumn always defended Camie from bullies and stood up for her, which resulted in Autumn losing some friends(She also always took the time to explain exactly what colors look like to Camie so that Camie could fake seeing them occasionally)

Biological:

Camie(or Alizabeth as she was know to her biological parents) was loved dearly by her mother. Alizabeth lit up her mothers world. Her mother found out that her darling baby was in danger from the other cities around her and she she gave up her baby to Camie's adoptive family. Her mother watched Camie grow up from afar, quietly celebrating her baby's victories and silently mourning her losses

Adoptive:

Loves Camie dearly, although always wondered about where Camie came from. (Although she never did anything about it because she was worried that she was who she thought she was (the dead/missing princess) than she would lose Camie forever)

Played around with training weapons when she was very young, went to the C.C.A.T. at 8 and was bullied badly so badly that she became determined to be the best her training. She stuck to her word and became the best.

Small and fast. Using her small size to her advantage. Always moving and changing directions. Calmly calculating exactly where she needs to strike to take her opponent down with the least amount of effort

Camie almost always has chipped nail polish on her fingers, she loves painting her nails but she is always busy so she chips them quite frequently
