As she's not been in the royal scene since she was 13 and only becoming a royal healer at 27 she doesn't have much of a stand yet on politics.

The youngest child of 5. She was betrayed by her mother and Francis (mom's bodyguard) and handed over to the tyrannical king of Mementos who experimented on her and stole her lightning element. She was eventually "thrown away" by him once he was done and she barely managed to escape to PL where she met her adopted mother Elara who sealed her memories of the events. Since then Skye has lived under her care and only recently discovered her family including her traitor of a mother. She was also able to gain back her lightning due to her eldest sister pulling some strings during her rule as queen. Nobody but Skye's close friends and Elara know that she's a princess but her and her family plan on revealing her return during her father (Elliot)'s whole becoming king again.
