When he is nervous, he would rub the scar on his wrist as a way of grounding himself. After losing his arm, he has stopped this habit and instead taps a rhythm on his leg with his metal arm.

He likes to hum when working and tends to vocalize and sing when there are fewer people around.

Lucius strives to protect those he cares about quietly; he doesn't want to make his worries a public thing. He wants to be useful behind the scenes and he wants to belong without spectacle, wants to be right without paying for it.

Lucius avoids confrontation and tends to overextend himself. He is hesitant to ask for help and is used to silently carrying guilt.

Lucius doesn't have any firm bias' or prejudices, but he does believe that having more control over a situation is equal to staying safe. He doesn't trust spontaneous plans and doesn't believe in diving in without a firm plan or a guideline. It takes an instance where someone gets hurt because of this belief that makes him take a step back and look at things again.

He is great at swimming and loves going into the water in his free time. He practices his archery a lot, especially after his accident. Lucius also enjoys working with plants. The sunlight helps to heal him and make him feel stronger, and gardening and working with plants give him an escape. He did help out in the camp strawberry patches but after his accident, he began to keep some personal plants, mostly herbs and medicinal plants, but he has a blackberry plant that is going strong.

Lucius is a mostly introverted person who is his usual self around a select few people. He is soft spoken and thoughtful, but emotionally restrained. If he can, he will avoid conflicts and confrontation, suppressing his anger and distress. Others think of him as a traditional, aloof, rich boy, but in reality, he is thinking too hard about how he is being perceived to change his personality. He is observant and reserved, but loyal when he has a relationship with someone.

His biggest fear is becoming a burden to others and being ignored when he is right. Despite the control he has on his emotions, even though he suppresses his anger, he is afraid of one day losing that control and letting it explode.

Lucius does get anxious when he is in complete silence, but also when he is in a large crowd. He appears to be an emotionally guarded and self-controlled person, and is usually trying to get a sense of a person after their first interaction. He is respectful and kind, but does not go out of his way to show kindness or make friends, usually others approach him first.

He was homeschooled from age 11 to age 15, following the attack by the monster. He went to camp for the summer, then came back and chose to study with tutors and home-based educators until he felt safe enough to go back to school. He started going to an arts based highschool. He graduated and went off to study art at university

Born into a wealthy Italian family, just a few minutes after his twin, Lucius Kaelan Di Seren, was met with stability, tradition, and his mother's perception and protective nature. In his youth, he learned to play a couple of instruments, archery and became a strong swimmer. As a result, he developed a fondness for the arts that stayed with him as he grew up.

Lucius has a strong bond with his twin sister, Aurelia, since before they learnt to talk. They were the best of friends and did everything together. At age 6, His mother got married to his current stepfather, a man who treated them like his own, even though his adoration for his step-daughter was obvious. When his younger brother (Xander "Andy/Zani") was born a year later, the bond with his twin seemed to vanish. Lucius found himself playing with his baby brother more than his sister. As the years passed, he became quieter and settled into routines.

Academics were not easy for Lucius. He struggled with school, mainly in terms of reading and writing, and was diagnosed with ADHD at 8. Despite having tutors and extra help, he continued to struggle. He found himself leaning towards the music and the arts, finding salvation in the rhythms and repetitive nature of creating art.

When he was 12, he was cornered by a bully. He had bruises and quickly resigned himself to his fate until he saw his sister protecting him. Seeing her unlocked something inside him, and he stood by her side. That was when the mist cleared, letting them see the Empousa they had slain. They ran back home to their mother, their wounds half-healed, and she immediately took them to Camp Half-Blood.

At camp, he was quickly claimed by Apollo after an instance when he went to help his sister after she had gotten injured during a sparring session, his body was being affected by The Fade, and he pushed through to help her. It was after he had been claimed that Chiron explained Gemirano to them. Lucius stayed full-time at the camp until he learned to defend himself, then went to a part-time basis. After the quest that cost him his arm and solar scarred for the first time, Lucius experienced an almost-midlife crisis.

July 27th. He was born minutes after Aurelia, but the day changed, so she was born at 11:54 pm, and he at 12:06 am
