Floyd had a penchant for crime from an early age. He was a bit sadistic with it though, was probably a bully in school. Pulled off some good hits before getting embraced and going full psycho. Perhaps his sire is the same person who embraced Nancy and Caroline? Perhaps he just is the one who turned Caroline? He'd had a few run ins with that gang before, do not like each other.
At some point, he meets Annie Moss, and nearly starts a relationship with her but discovers her salubri nature before things get too physical. She escapes and he hunts her down, before being chased off by Javier Torres y Verdugo and eventually Davey Douglas (going by Bill Grey at the time). He eventually catches up to her and Eben Blake attempts to defend her, but is easily mortally wounded by the vampire, who proceeds to begin draining Annie. He is killed by Bill and Javier who manage to save Annie from him in time.
