Thin, graceful, extremely quick, strong yet lean muscles. Narrow face, high cheekbones, large ears, low-set dark eyebrows, not too thin and not too long nose, thin lips with a big smile.

Those who choose not to take action when there is an injustice is a part of the problem (tends to assume that people don't care if they're not able to take action).

Often crosses his arms and leans to the side with his head cocked, can't help but look like he's judging any and everyone. And maybe he is.

Protect his nation, steer the boys under his care right, and (despite first glance) have fun doing his missions, but treat them seriously.

It tends to take awhile to gain his trust; he often gets distracted by every little injustice that occurs (he's a part of the rebel group because of that, but he's a low ranking member who doesn't realize that the leaders of the rebels are crooked, too); trusts his instincts to the point of refusing to follow anyone else's plans if it differs from his.

Good at being thorough and detailed, yet very efficient; cares about justice; has good instincts and plans so quickly it looks like he's rather impulsive, but really he cares more about logic than feelings; pretty good acrobat-like skills; fastest man of the Warrior-Nocti; sees to the heart of most people's actions; good at calling people out and voicing his opinions (since he takes the time to think deeply about them and doesn't care if people get mad).

He likes to read in his spare time, something that confuses the heck out of Asher.

Everything else that was written is pretty self explanatory.

To others, he's perceived as emotionally detached and uncaring toward others. He tends to be hated by others because people are jealous he's so good at what he does, and he's not afraid to voice his opinion or call people out. Especially if he's voicing his dislike for someone or their actions/plans. People think he believes his way of doing things is the correct way, and they're right on that.

However, Shayn happens to develop a soft spot for Asher, and before he knows it, Asher becomes a friend, like a close younger brother. He cares about making Asher a good man.

The emerald turtle (it's bright green and its shell sparkles in the sunlight like an emerald. It's tiny and lives in foresty areas)

Probably his knives, but they're the cheapest weapon available for him to use (he breaks them all the time, they're pretty crappy, mass-produced ones that he got the hang of at a young age and could never give up).

His books (he likes reading about science especially)

Even though his whole person screams BLACK, his favorite color is green. A nice, full-of-life, light green.

Nothing special. Except that he was a rare case of a peasant getting into the Warrior-Nocti school. That's one of the reasons why lots of people hate him. But he screws the haters and hasn't let anything get to him. He visits his hometown and his family every so often, and supports them with the money he earns.

Warrior-Nocti school and everything else involved in that training; also whatever he learns in the books he reads. Wants to be an inventor if he retires from the military.
