Theodore has been apart of the mafia since birth. His grandfather ran it until around Theodore was age 5, before passing it onto Theodore's father, to keep the business running. Theodores mother ran off when he was around 7, his father claiming that she couldn't deal with being part of the mafia. His father had Theo running cons and missions from a young age, starting him off with simple scams before moving onto larger plans. Theodore has been trained to inherit the organization the second his father took over, that is until he made a colossal mistake and missed his cue during a target elimination. His father claimed that due to this mistake, he cost the company a large opportunity and therefore could no longer be trusted to run the company. In order to keep the group from falling into his sisters hands, he decided to organize a task force to keep his place in the inheritance.
