He had a severe problem with his spine when he was younger. The vertibrae would move out of alignment and caused him to spend several years in the hospital when he was little until they got it sorted. Jimmy like flips his shit when Derek goes to move around heavy things.

He thinks he looks feminine because of his hips and NO HE DOESNT LIKE THAT.

Very uneasy in sexual situations or in fights. If anyone in the office gets into a fight with someone else and is angry, he'll lock himself in his office and won't come out until he's sure they've calmed down.

Has enough power to drive someone to suicide if he tries hard enough.

Makes a point of scanning people the minute they enter the building, so he's sure they won't cause trouble. If he hears a car, he looks out the window and checks on them. If they look suspisious, he tells Anya and has Jimmy drive them away.

No seriously, once Anya came back from her honeymoon she walked into the office to find the twins running around with streamers, a broken door, Timmy and Kelly hiding under a table, while Derek had locked himself in his office and was hiding under his desk, as Jimmy chased the twins with his bat. The company doesnt run well without her.
