He says no more than needed. Tends to be quiet, but not in a shy way, in a traumatized way.

Rapture-Very blunt with people. Trusts no one. Doesn't feel overly obligated to save people as much as stop the bad guy.
Luke- Much happier personality(because he doesn't have the trauma that rapture did)
Tends to joke around more, but can get serious if the situation calls for it. Wants to see the best in everyone, but doesn't because he recognizes the nature of the evil in the world.
(This may sound like a light and dark personality cliche, but it's more dark and gray)
Relationship- Luke and Rapture know of each other and can even communicate. Rapture is more proficient with the powers, but Luke is more of an open person so Rapture tends to be the masked hero and Luke lives regular life. If Blood-Rapture is involved in very difficult, however, the two can swap spontaneously without any choice in the matter. Leads to difficult situations, and Blood Rapture even loses an arm as a result of this.(Story reference-Fall of Asgard stage 2)

Control over blood.
If he touches someone's blood, he can control all of it for 24 hours. He can control his blood for temporary boosts in speed and strength, he can hold himself together and scab himself. Can turn water into blood and control it. Uses blood to shred his foes, his own and others. Good at hand-to-hand combat.

Hates terrorists and takes no survivors if they are a terrorist.

Has issues trusting others. Leads him to be isolated for most of the story. Is mostly scarred from the experiments.

What happened to him will never happen to anyone else.

Luke Lionhard was a regular man on a plane heading from America to Italy, when a group of terrorists hijacked the plane. The terrorists took the plane back to their base, where they proceeded to experiment on their prisoners to unlock hidden superpowers and create the ultimate weapon. The experiments were horrific and brutal, killing 90% of the subjects. During the experiments, Luke's mind could not handle what was happening and developed a second personality that called itself "Rapture". Rapture took the trauma associated with the experiments in order to protect the first born mind(Luke). Luke was one of the few subjects who awakened their powers, hemomancy(blood control). Most of the subjects were failures and died, the rest were useless and were killed. As the terrorists came to kill Luke, Rapture used his own blood as a weapon and killed all the executioners. He broke free of his restraints and slaughtered the entire camp, no survivors. Luke and Rapture went under the radar after returning home. They would work as an unknown hero for major situations, but didn't really do much. The two eventually came out of the shadows to deal with Siege and the Anti-War Scenario, which threatened the entirety of humanity. After that, he helped in founding the Brotherhood of Heroes.

He wears the top half of metal finger guards that are sharpened to operate as claws. Has light cloth on the underside of his hands and fingers so he can cut people and make skin contact with their blood.
Wears black kevlar on a majority of his body. Has a cape that runs from his neck to the front of his right shoulder. The cape is as long as his back and ends at the start of his legs. Blood-Rapture also wears a black helmet made from heavily reinforced glass that is tinted like a one way mirror. The only thing that can be seen through the mask is his glowing red eyes when he uses his power.
