Grew up in a family of 12 and was ignored often. She felt left out of a lot of things and resorted to inventing gadgets and tools. She liked to draw and build things. At age 12, her parents disappear, leaving her and her 9 siblings to fend for themselves. As money runs low, they decide to leave Kayla on her own. After all, they don't need her... right? Determined to prove herself to her family, she goes out with her best and only friend Mabel on a quest to figure out what happened to her parents, which turns out to be more complicated then she could have ever imagined. On the way she meets a lonely broken robot whom she helps. With this robot, could she finally find her parents and become the family member she's always wanted to be?
