Kireina looks for the silver lining in everything, even when there isn't one. She sort of has an outer shell of shyness that hides her passionate personality. Kireina is more of a listener, and prefers one-on-one conversations about deep on meaningful topics. Kireina doesn't express herself in words- she expresses herself in music, art, and style. Kireina is incredibly creative and is capable of translating the thoughts in her mind into wonderful creations. Kireina likes to live in a fantasy and is often so lost in thought that calling her name might not get her attention. She is a gentle soul and a diplomat and, although she seeks peace, she does not enforce it on others.

Kireina is an artist. She can paint, draw, sketch, everything. She is also a fast learner, but not particularly a professional. She can play piano, guitar, ukulele, flute, and violin.

Kireina hates small talk, and if someone is incapable of starting a better conversation with her, she'll have a habit of walking away without a word.

Kireina is indecisive, slow to react, and her quietness leads to inability to describe her emotions. This can lead to emotional breakdowns and even aggression. Kireina often deals with pain long before she tells someone about it. Kireina can be cryptic at times, and forget to explain herself; she just sort of assumes that you know what she means when in reality she makes little to no sense.

Kireina seeks to fill the world with a new kind of beauty; one that the world has never seen before. This may sound metaphorical, but Kireina as a child was caught painting the nearby trees. Later on, everyone got used to it and gave up stopping her. Since then, she started a project on the trees in the forest; the project was so big that she never finished it. After seven years, it remained unfinished and no one understands what she was trying to paint.

Kireina also takes pleasure in making other people happy through gift-giving. Often Kireina might give so much that she'll tend to give more than she has, in which Yuki came along and taught her to put herself first.

Kireina is shy and reserved, except with Yuki. She is calm, cool and collected even in crowded rooms or in situations of stress. She's so laid back that it even impresses her closest friends, who would normally know about this trait. Kireina moves slowly, but smoothly. One might even thinks she's high, but the silent confidence in her mannerisms show that she is entirely sober.

Kireina grew up with a wandering spirit, but was unable to leave her hometown very often. Her parents were careful-one might call them strict- but still allowed certain privileges to Kireina, and raised her in a very peaceful manner. They encouraged her creativity and cheered her success. Kireina honestly lived a wonderful childhood with her two best friends, Kora and Yuki Whitman. When Kireina and Yuki were high school age, they began dating. They dated for about 3 years before Yuki proposed, and they held a wedding. Unfortunately, this wedding was on the same day that the human race decided to ransack the town of the Shinels. Yuki got the opportunity to say his vows to Kireina, but before Kireina could say hers, she was shot several times in the upper torso area. She died in Yuki's arms.
