she has a family in the present (2100 ish), her mother, father, and little brother. she was time traveling and wound up getting stuck in the past (sometime around irl time) and has been there for ab it a year. she lives in a very apartment type thing that is above a poor apartment complex. it was abandoned and people barely go up there, and when they do it’s to see if they want to live there and they never do bc of how small and old it is. she found a cat on the street and took it in. she knows ASL and sometimes gives the cat simple commands in ASL if there’s someone nearby so that nobody will hear them.
