although his job is to trick human souls into hell he finds them interesting and loves to watch them interact and see them develop new things. as an sprirtual entity he was made with all knowledge so he loves to see humans discover things. one of his powers is to be able to take pain or absorb the pain from humans so he will sometimes take pity for a younger child or teen and take their pain. even though he tricks humans he loves them and wishes to save them and thats a little bit of his angel coming through

He’s cocky but quiet and is extremely even tempered

He wants revenge on god and his brother Rafael for kicking him out of heaven

He doesn’t care who gets hurt when he wants something

he hates rafael even though he was only doing his job but azrael thinks that he should have treated his brother better

He has his powers and can use them very well and is almost as powerful as god and Lucifer

when azrael was still in heaven his job was to help souls transition from life to death and to help people whos loved ones die but when he got cast out lusifer thought he could use him so in hell he helps steal souls from their track to heaven and trick them into hell
