VERY skinny, he doesnt stand quite straight and slouches forward ever so slightly.his hands look like skin and bones with sharp protruding claws. His eyes are the most disturbing. filled with a crazed look, his eyes are always wide and look as if they are forcing their way into your innermost thoughts and fears.

torture / hosting gladiator style battles in the Colosseum on their island. these battles frequently have children facing some nasty demons.

Okuma holds no morals whatsoever. he kills, tortures, abuses, and will do anything he wants to whoever he wants. He will often force family members to kill their own in front of him for amusement. he rules with an iron fist and makes sure his clan fears him.

he often grins eerily for seemingly no reason. He also seems to "space out" and also cracks his joints (especially his neck).

He strives to blott out the Scotland and the England Clan's so he can become the one true leader. and he will kill ANYONE who stands in his way.

just straight up psycho. he is a ruthless vampire who holds no morals and will gladly torture and/or kill anyone he wants. He has murdered his own wives and children with his own hands, save for Rufus.

he hates every living thing. but he loathes the Scotland Clan the most, second is humanity.

Okuma wasn't always a tyrant. Back when he was younger, he was a well rounded young adult. He, Ramule, Samule, Leon, Edmund, and Tsubaru all had much fun together. Causing mischief, training, and much more, they were all good friends.
But soon, Okumas mental state started to decline. He ripped Ramules still beating heart out of his chest. How dare he fall for a woman from his clan! His fury grew when Tsubaru confronted him. She needs to be punished. So Okuma attacked, he left her alive so that she may learn from her mistakes. Hearing of her death only made him laugh with glee, oh how Ramule must have hurt!
Slowly, as the years dragged on, his mental stability continued to decline rapidly. Nowadays he is a tyrant who will stop at nothing to destroy all those who have wronged him.

Okuma will wear as much leather as possible. and he ALWAYS dresses in black. His most common outfit is a short sleeved black leather duster, black leather gloves, plain black t-shirt, leather pants (not skin tight), and black combat boots with the pants tucked in.

in the world of Harry Potter, he would be a death eater, no doubt / He knows minimal elemental based magic (throwing fireballs, creating a floor of spiked ice, etc) / while he lacks in strength and magic, he makes up for in stealth and agility / Okuma has had many wives, the first two were also his sisters, Rufus is the 8th child from his first wife. /
