The music that constantly blasts through his headphone doesn't actually help against the voices but it does help him focus on other tasks. He's currently trying hard to find a way to turn it of.
Telepathy, he can hear the thoughts of anyone within a 100-meter radius. He has not yet found a way to turn it off or focus on a specific target. It also seems the range is still increasing.
