Pundrion, being immortal, has had many experiences spanning many worlds.

Originally she lived happily with her family in a forest disguised as griffins, but they were killed defending her when they were attacked by some griffins from another griffin family group. Her parents were able to use the last of their magic to send her to another world. She was found by Cordelia in a forest in Agralyn, and at first stayed as a griffin but shifted into a human form to reflect Cordelia. She was adopted by Cordelia and lived happily with her until she was fourteen. She continued to shapeshift, not around other people, but she would often go into the forest in non-human forms. She could change her human form but kept it looking similar to Cordelia in a way that she liked.

One day she was captured in griffin form by some people who took her to a secret magic experimental place. They were trying to find magical creatures from other worlds and were surprised to find one in their own world. They knocked her out using magic and were able to take her to enslave her in a human form. She was able to escape by using the element of surprise as she'd not revealed her shapeshifting to them when she was captured. However it was too late, they already began to work their magic to transform her into a "Slaimm", immortal slaves created by forcing magical creatures into human form and trapping them by controlling their souls. The slaimm, while they are trapped in human form, are still able to use the magic that they could before or similar. This meant that Pun retained her shapeshifting abilities, but couldn't change her human form. So she could only be in one human form, but change her other forms so be for example a black or grey cat.

She was on the run for many years, but eventually returned to where she lived with Cordelia. She hadn't realised that she'd been away for so long, when she got back Cordelia was much older, and she hadn't been very young when she adopted Pun. Pun stayed with her but was found by the magic experimenters who were still hunting for her. Cordelia died of an illness, and Pun was captured soon after.

She was a slave for many many years, serving generations of members of the Oadhu family. Eventually she escaped with the help of sympathetic magic casters.

She found her way into another world, and disguised herself as different animals for many years in a world empty of any humans or other intelligent races. Some refugee magic casters from a different world to her own previous one eventually arrived, and she helped them. The best casters of this group (the leaders) gave up their magic to gift her with deital magic and tasked her to look after their people as long as she could.

She looked after her people for many many generations, but eventually another race found their way into that world. They weren't friendly, and laid waste to her people. She tried her best, and so did the people, but they were defeated. The source of her immense magic was her people's faith, so she lost all the magic she had gained and was left with her natural magic. Being immortal, there was nothing she could do but wait around until she could get into another world.

Eventually she got into "Modern Earth" (The universe she's currently in). She lived happily for a while and made friends, but when the people she'd adopted as her family were killed by the invading Romans she was again left alone.Tired of life and seeing everyone she ever loved die, she sought out and convinced a magic caster to put a spell on her so that when she shifted into a cat, she essentially became a cat and forgot all she knew.

It was in this cat form she met Ceri, as her pet cat. However, as Ceri experimented with magic she broke the spell keeping Pun as a cat. They went on to become friends and have all sorts of shenanigans.

She's forgotten

She can wear whatever she likes from a special charm that she has, which magically summons clothes. She was gifted this by a magic caster during her first few years in this world. Fascinated by the different styles worn by people all over the modern world, and with access to knowledge of them using the internet, she wears absolutely anything, as long as it's in her favourite colours. When she needs to blend in or just feels like it, she goes for a plain hoodie and leggings.

Pun would usually wear whatever is conventional at the time. However she doesn't attend many formal events these days, being as far as anyone (except Ceri and Amelie) knows a cat.
