Max is an artificial Neo-Human. He was created to be the most powerful Neo-Human. Making an artificial human was easy enough. To make his powers the scientists at The Facility had to take them from other kids killing them in the process. Max had his own dormant Neo-Human gene, however. He was given Super strength, flight and heat manipulation. The expected result was that Max would have 3 separate powers but the more he used them, they became one.
Max's powers combined and he was able to turn into a human star. However, he was about 9 when this happened and all of this came as a burst of power. Like an Adrenaline rush. He only changed for a second but he went off like a bomb. He caused the mass breakout of The Facility but accidentally killed a guard in his cell and two other Neo-Human kids in the cells next to his. Max had some idea he did something but no idea what so he just ran. He was able to escape with the other kids in the breakout. Most of the kids split into different groups and went their own ways.
23 years later Max is a grown man. He was adopted into an average home, he has 3 siblings all older than him. The 3 siblings are the blood children of his parents. Max is now a rookie in the Sheriff's department in a small town in Montana. Max hasn't been able to use his powers in years not since he was a kid. He doesn't want to. But one day a Neo-Human attacks his town the first Neo-Human revealed to the public. Max's dormant powers came back again like an adrenaline rush when he was 9 except this time he punched the supervillain through a building. Max had to run again. Whatever remained of The Facility would be looking for him.
Powers
Max can turn into a human star. Instead of a gaseous orb, he still maintains a humanoid form. He can control how much heat he gives off and how much of a gravitational pull he has. He can vent energy from his hands (Basically fires super hot lasers from his hands.
He has super strength, flight and durability from the other kids his powers were drained from.
