Declan bites the inside of his cheek when hes angry. This has caused him to bleed several times. He talks with his hands, so its not uncommon for him to make small or large gestures depending on his mood.

Initially, his motivation is to keep the group safe and making peace. As time progresses, it becomes more about keeping a specific group of people safe and getting revenge against those who he believed wronged them.

Declan is a generous person, but will often sacrifice the good of the many if it means protecting the ones that he cares about most. Power has also been known to go to his head and he needs someone there to talk him down and keep him grounded.

Declan dislikes people who exploit others for personal gain.

Declan has an excellent memory and a mind for strategy.

Declan loves the fresh fruit that his mother gets from the Agro Sector.

Declan has a position on the Guard. As a sentinel he was given a weapon that is a mix between a taser and a baton.

Declan is very involved in the politics of the Bunker. He intends on becoming Sachem after his mother retires.

Declan is the son of the current Sachem; Colleen Creed. He wants to live up to his mothers name and become the next leader (Sachem) of Bunker 113. The job has interested him since his mother claimed the position when he was fifteen. He joined the Guard and became a Sentinel to learn more about the government he would be controlling.

The picture included is more for body type reference than anything else.
Like the others, his outfits are handmedowns from others in the bunker. However, due to his status, he has been able to get clothes in better conditions than his peers.
He is currently wearing a pair of black pants, a black t-shirt, and a black jacket. Otherwise known as the Guards Uniform.
