He is Torturer's resident actor, musician, dancer, and performer. He knows how to recite plays and books just for the Emperor. He will even write out plays of Torturer's favorite books, and create plays of them just for him. He is the ancestor of Coelum.

Quiet and polite, e is never the trouble maker, and is always trying do deescalate situations. However, when his pride, art, or his descendent are criticized by others he is very ready to a joust of words.
When certain topics are brought up from his part, he shuts down entirely.

He wants to make sure Torturer is always happy, and entertained. He would do anything to keep that big ol' underbite smiling.

He is excessively passive, agreeable, and forgiving, to a negative point. He will keep toxic people in his life becuase he thinks that there is good, that he can help, or he doesn't want them to be alone.
He would drop everything to help someone close to him, and puts the needs of others before his own.
He cant stand to talk about his past, for many reasons. And when it is brought up, especially when it is brought up jokingly, he can't help but shut down and freeze.

He hates anyone with excessive wealth, or who talks about money often He thinks that money is something that should be private, not flaunted or waisted (unless its Torturer).

He loves to write plays for Torturer in his free time, especially when they are ones based on books that were not originally scripts. He also loves petting Strumpet.

Does not mind the caste system, and would not really voice his opinion. If a debate ever came up, he would just be the moderator, talking about how both sides make excellent points.

Born to be an actor, in his youth, Perses was constantly in local amphitheaters entertaining for others of his caste, he loved seeing people laugh at his jokes, cry at his tragedies, and rejoice at love stories. He never felt better than when he was entertaining, and one day he met a Turquoise troll who he fell in love with. And although he didn't treat him well, he didn't care, fe knew that there was a man under that cruel and cold exterior who must love him. He told Perses he could get him bigger audiences, and he did. He would take all the money from the shows, but Perses didn't care. He loved him and loved performing, so money meant nothing to him. However bigger crowds turned to higher crowds, more dangerous ones like high bloods and blue bloods. And the crowds got smaller, and it no longer was fun. Suddenly it was all about the "clients" and what they wanted to see, it was no longer performing. And when Persus finally said he was done with it, his Turquoise matesprite left him. With no money, and his heart broken, Perses just gave up. He was completely broke, and couldn't even bear to look at himself without being disgusted and thinking about how repulsive he though he was. Torturer found him and offered him a job as his own personal Actor, and promised he would fix his face. He took his offer and was given his "new" face, a collection of theater masks. New faces that weren't stained or ugly, just perfect porcelain that couldn't lie. He has worked for Torturer ever since, and couldn't picture a better job in all the world. When he met his descendent he was a little disappointed him, caring nothing for the classics like him. However, he loves Coelum and does whatever he can to help him be the best him he can be.
