Dyed a bright neon purple-ish. Has mostly faded, and evaporated completely at the roots. Oil-black under.
3a curls. Comes to just below chin length. Usually in some kind of puffs or buns.
The faintest emergence of stubble which she IS going to shave, she swears, just keeps forgettin'.

Shake off the Suicide Six entirely. Get famous, baby! Independence. A NEW family.

De facto leader of the Detentionheads
Not so much a religious chick (she's sort of moved away from that kind of shindig after how much of it she had to deal with), but she's well aware the Phoenix Witch exists out there somewhere. Proof? What proof?
Her big ass baseball bat, baby! Purple stripes and steel spikes at the tip, a clump of phone charms hanging off the bottom.
This place in Zone 4 makes these wicked shiny cheese-and-bacon pies.
History
Miss Rockah grew it in a big ol' crew known from this Zone to the next as the Suicide Six. More of an armada than a crew, really. Superstition and tradition and, in a strange roundabout way, conformity. She ran out on 'em a good year-and-a-half ago.
She can read--so she's doin' better than some folk. Knows her numbers, sure, but knows how to disassemble a raygun and keep petrol from goin' off and fix a transistor radio, which is gotta be better.
