History
Born in a small village, he and his mother moved to the capitol after the death of his father. Compared to his secluded, conservative home, he saw the capitol as a place of corruption and abandonment of the old ways. He has never been afraid to voice his opinions, garnering him the name Delim (Forceful Voice.) In the present day of part one, he's been on the council for four years.
Apprenticed under other "politicians" (people don't make careers out of politics, but there are people who are politically oriented and voice their opinions along with working at their jobs.), apprenticed under engineers
