He admires his older sister Natalia Dawes-Brecker, even if he doesn't agree with her general worldview. He's very shy and is afraid of standing out and being noticed.
Singing, quick with a knife, blending in.
To keep his head down and more-or-less float through the mobster life without having to do anything too bad.
Doesn't look out for himself, shortsighted, doesn't speak up for himself.
