Oliver is tall and broad shouldered, with a square jaw and grey-blue eyes. He has a fairly muscular build, and often stands with his arms crossed. He usually wears a leather cuff around his left wrist to hide his scar.

Oliver is calm, stoic, and can be infuriating at times, especially to those in Victory Court who find his rebellion a personal betrayal. He doesn't make promises lightly and almost never breaks them intentionally, especially the one he made to Emily Rose to protect her younger brother. He is determined to win the war, even if it means sacrificing himself. Almost especially if it means sacrificing himself. He's afraid of dying without purpose.

Jon Revis, Emily's younger brother, has had a fairly large crush on him for a while, however it is unrequited on Oliver's part, and he's pretty unaware of Jon's feelings for him.

Therese Warren (sister, however they aren't very close due to living in different homes their whole lives and their age difference.)

Oliver Warren was drawn into the Victory Court political machine at a young age due to his parents. He later saw through its flaws and formed a small rebellion with Emily Rose Revis and some older court members. When Emily was caught and executed, Oliver feared he would be next and attempted suicide to avoid capture. He survived, and was taken in/under the wing of Marcus Revis, Emily's uncle, and continued to plan a rebellion, now as the mastermind.
