A little button nose. Always wearing a small black necklace with an avocado on it. He also has a gap tooth from being knocked straight in the face with a tetherball in 8th grade.

His arms look like noodles, but he's muscular if he gets in a flexing competition with the other boys in the grade and has to show off his muscles. He has himself some geometrically great calves. Otherwise, he's just really dang skinny!

Playing video games, solving mathematical functions, drawing, writing stories, reading, soccer. Sometimes, after a long day at school, he’ll just go outside and pull weeds in his mom’s garden. It can be the most relaxing thing in the world to him.

Starting to talk, but then cutting his thought short with awkward laughter. Also usually throws in a neck rub when this happens. Talks with his hands and says "right here" a lot (ex.: "I had a question on this one algebra system right here...") Raises his eyebrows and smiles when someone mentions him and Solea or having a crush of their own.

Just to survive high school and do what he can to benefit the world. Also, he wouldn't be mad if he got with Solea.

A little unperceptive to social cues and etiquette. Has terrible attention to detail (it’s okay sweetie me too). Since he’s so quick to understand or make conclusions about things, he gets frustrated when someone doesn’t understand what he says right away or asks the same question twice.

He's exceptional at math. Very scientifically inclined and wants to be a geneticist/agriculturalist when he grows up. Also... pretty dang good at playing video games.

Jamie may not know much about girls or dating, but he’s on the better side as high school sophomores go. He’s funny and sensitive to other people’s needs. He’s not sure if he’s an empath, but he doesn’t like hearing about when people get hurt (physically or emotionally) because he sees and feels it as if it’s happening directly to him. He loves to get involved in school activities like environmental conservation projects, writing articles for the newspaper, etc. and is generally just a bit of a “dork”.

His notebook, where he can write all of his thoughts or solve equations that he makes up for himself in his head. It's mostly solving equations, but these days he's gotten into writing tacky poetry.

in his school’s feminist club. He’s one of those kids that believes in preserving God’s design (or what his family thinks his God’s design) for our lives, but also thinks for himself where the Bible either sounds really wack or doesn’t address the issue at hand at all.
