Insects are species in Andromeda that live together in hate of the other tribes.Being extremely weak,their bodies are composed of exoskeletons that break easily.They use the power of their soul to attack enemies,using it to teleport,levitate,create orbs of energy,etc.

Since the downfall of the Human Capital,the insects have been growing,and actually winning wars.

Insect Names

Differently from other races,the insects don't actually have a name,but they have a profession.Each insect has a name derived from their job,as Insect Worker,Insect Researcher,or even the Insect Lord.

Hability Score Increase. Your Constitution and Strength decreases by 1,your intelligence increases by 2 and your agility increases by 2.You also have Natural Armor.

Darkvision: Accustomed to life hidden from others, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception skill.

Soul Cunning: You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.

Age. Normal insects live small lives,normally until their 20th birthday.However,some insects,like the Insect Nobles and the Insect Lord are infused with more soul,making them immortal of age,and increasing their power.

Alignment. Most Insects are Lawful Good.

Size. Insects are the size of Humans,and those infused with soul expand and turn the size of a High Elf.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet,and you can teleport 2 times per day,and 3 times during battles.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Insectian.

Subrace. The insect tribe has too many subraces to write here,but the main ones are the Mantis and Bees.

Mantis

The Mantis Sub-Race lives in a society of honor in battles:once a year,a new leader to the tribe will be decided by fights between the members of said mantis village.The one that can defeat every other member will turn into the new leader of the village,commanding hunts,marriages,economy with the Main Insect Tribe,etc.

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution and Strength scores increases by 2.You gain the hability Slash.

Bees

The bees live in The Hive,west of the Human Capital.All bees live in a hive-mind:they obey every action their leader demands them to do without asking any questions.They are always commanded by a queen.Some bees gain their conscience back and leave the hive,however,5 minutes after leaving their birth home,they suffer amnesia and forget everything.

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma increases by 2 and your Agility increases by 1.Bees can fly 1 or 5 times a day,depending on age.
