Physical Description
The vampires look like humans,with the difference that they have scarlet-red eyes and wings in the head or back.
Vampires with wings in the head can turn into Nightwing Bats (https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Nightwing_Bat_(5e_Creature) when they aren't feeling the sun or touching running water.
Vampires with wings in their back can't turn into bats,but can fly at any moment.
A rare sub-race of vampires don't have wings:these sub-races can't fly,but can use the Berserk Hability without having 25% health.

History

Society
Some vampires live alone in capitals and villages,hunting at night and living a normal life at day.Most of them live in The Ruined City in a cave,where,after they killed and transformed all of the people that lived
there,Ketsuki settled her Castle there.
The vampires in The Ruined City have jobs,as soldiers,merchants,dark priests,etc.

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma and Strength increases by 2.

Age.Vampires normally live until 1000 years old.When they reach that age,they turn to dust.When a female vampire gets pregnant,a human baby is born and they must be bit to turn into a vampire.

Alignment.Vampires are normally Chaotic Neutral.

Size.Vampires are Medium or Tall.

Speed. Vampires base walking speed is 50 feet.

Vision.Vampires have Darkvision.

Universal Disadvantages.When on the Sunlight or touching running water,vampires become slower,weaker,and take 10 damage per turn.They are also weak against holy objects and being pierced by wood,which kills them immediatly.

Universal Advantages.Vampires are stronger,faster,stealthier then the Human Race.Some can also fly.
