Talented at fighting.

At first it didn’t display too much of a personality, but was shown to care about its offspring and be very protective of them. Seemed surprised when Jiimaru seemed to not be affected by one of its attacks and displayed what seemed to be humour when it is attacked by something much weaker than it.
Also shows sadness in its past.

Versin has a main motivation - to destroy Jiimaru, another kaiju. Finding its egg (or rather, child) is another factor.

Aggressive and generally tends to attack first, think later.

Humans; generally assumes all humans and anything made by them are bad, unlike its child.

Versin was born in a world now called The Dead World, though it did not always have that name. The Dead World used to be very beautiful, and while a place filled with large kaiju was subject to have its fights, majority of the fights were nothing too serious.
Versin had a singular parent (its species reproduced asexually, though they could have a mate, but mainly for protection reasons.)
Versin grew slowly. As such, it stayed with its parent for many many years. It was a pretty normal life, with Versin spending its younger years hunting and play fighting.
Eventually what would be known as The Dead World Mass Extinction began to occur. The waters grew acidic, even the rain that fell was sometimes clean, sometimes acidic. This was annoying for most kaiju.
Then began the earthquakes, and many habitats were destroyed. Many kaiju left their normal territories, starting fights to make room for each other.
Then, Jiimaru arrived. An alien from another world, rather dimension, Jiimaru wiped out several species of kaiju over the span of millions of years. As a last resort, Versin’s parent attempted to defend itself and Versin from Jiimaru. The battle was long, and eventually, the parent defeated Jiimaru, but was too wounded, and Jiimaru had a factor that cancelled out some species healing abilities. Eventually, they bled out, and Versin became a very distant kaiju, often aggressive to other species.
Versin laid an egg as well, but one day humans entered the dimension (TDW is considered not to be apart of our reality.) and soon discovered the egg. They took it for research.
After a hunt, Versin returned, finding its egg to be gone. But it became aware of human presence in the area, attaching and destroying one of their camps set up. The humans thought they escaped, but Versin, like the kaiju of TDW, are capable of limited dimension travel, so it simply followed them there within a few weeks.
A little bit before Versin’s arrival however Jiimaru revived itself in the oceans of Earth, seeking to destroy the planet (as that is Jiimaru’s main goal, not just destroying Earth but rather all life in dimensions)
At first Versin was not aware of Jiimaru. It met another kaiju named Arashi, who was also from TDW. Arashi was a territorial kaiju and proved to annoy Versin. Versin soon realized Arashi was a threat and began to engage in a battle with it. Arashi attempted to steal Versin’s energy, but it failed, Versin being much too powerful for Arashi. While Arashi survived the encounter with Versin, it met Jiimaru, and the battle was short, and the outcome was fatal for Arashi. Versin
