When he realised he had a longer version of the haircut Ultimate has (the day they met) he became somewhat self-conscious about his haircut (but he refuses to get a different one)

He can quickly jump from one subject to another, which can make it difficult to have a proper conversation with him if no one keeps him focused. He doesn't have any sort of attention disorder, he simply talks a lot.

He can do a hand stand with one hand and use his fingers to 'walk'. Not even Ultimate can do this without using his powers despite his immense strength.

Naive, although that's to be expected due to how young and inexperienced he is (although, unlike Speed Star, he simply hesitates to fight as he was never taught to not hesitate and doesn't have the experience to act 'on instinct')

This character isn't really fleshed out like my others, but I needed to add one more and I only had a basic concept of one (this one was made specifically because of his powers)

Addition 1: I changed the way his powers work to make them less over powered, I still need story tension folks

Teleportation

Portals

[Teleportation] None, for the most part it has no real drawbacks, but it can get somewhat tiresome if used continually.

[Portal Jumper] He can make multiple portals, and have them 'wired' in such a way that unless you enter them slowly (or know what you're getting into) you'll always exit a different portal than last time. He can make a maximum of fifty (50) portals.

For example; there's five portals, and you first enter 1 and exit 4, but if you go back through 4 you'll instead exit 3, and if you go back through three you'll exit 5, and once you go back through you'll exit 2. It's not always set to always be one you haven't already gone through though, so you could go through 2, exit 3, go back through 3 and exit 4, then go back through 4 and exit at 2. This is mainly done to confuse enemies.

[Preservation] Activated only in the most dire of situations, this ability activates against his will and locks him in a space between his two portals, allowing him to be seen and heard, but not interacted with by others on the outside. It also activates even if he's unconscious or otherwise incapacitated.

[Portals] He can create portals rather than just teleport. They are in fact the way he teleports, but there's a difference between his normal teleportation and his portals, as his teleportation is him using the energy to directly transfer himself, while a portal is him using the energy to create a hole between space.

[Portal Disc] He can create a disk which will slice through almost anything, he can also make these discs appear around an enemies limb, although doing that takes far more concentration, especially at longer ranges, meaning it has the potential to barely leave a mark.

[Teleportation] Much like how most powers are based on plasma, this one is no exception, except he doesn't expend his own plasma reserves, simply the plasma around him. This isn't to say he doesn't get tired, he very much does, but it's not quite as taxing as most other abilities, and unlike other abilities it doesn't require any extra chemicals/hormones to work, such as adrenaline, or even electricity.

[Prior to chapter 5] a spandex suit, entirely silver with blotches of black around it (the blotches are random, but also line up perfectly on opposite sides of the suit, displaying his powers of teleportation).

[After chapter 5 (current)] the same spandex suit, but the blotches on the back vary in color, ranging from white circles with black outlines to pitch black circles, the suit doesn't have any added color besides the varying shades of black and white (So grey I suppose?).
