His eyes. They contrast his dark hair so much that it's impossible to not notice

He's obviously not lazy, but he also doesn't workout regularly like most others

A dark amber color, which intensifies when he uses his power

He doesn't like people who have plenty of potential but waste it by being lazy. It doesn't bother him unless he actively sees someone throw away their potential for greatness with laze.

To hurt people who are evil, not necessarily to do good, but to harm people who would wish to hurt innocent people. He wouldn't harm a bystander and wouldn't let harm come to one, but 'because it's right' isn't why he fights. Despite general wanting to cause pain, he also wants to be better than the 'heros' which patrolled the neighborhoods he lived in as he developed through life.

During fights he's very apathetic, which always works against him since anger will enhance his power due to it being tied to his psychology rather than his emotions (which is an oddity due to the fact that other powers usually have a trade off for emotional enhancement, such as less stamina for more strength for example)

He can make delicious desserts.

His powers first activated during high school. After being fed up with how his classmates were relentlessly bullied he threatened to gouge out their eyes if they didn't leave everyone alone, this resulted in a brief fight where he almost stomped the bully's head in, but the bell snapped him out of it before he did anything rash. Later, him and the bully were in the principals office, where tensions began flaring and, after struggling through the grasp of the principle bearhugging him, he freed an arm and gouged out the bully's right eye. He was then transferred to another school when it proved to be a fruitless effort to arrest him, or admit him to a facility of any kind.

He was kicked out of his home a week later when he snapped on someone who was shouting insults at him from the street, and as he grew older and lived alone he lived in worse and worse neighborhoods, until he eventually patrolled the neighborhood himself as all the 'heros' either refused to patrol or simply didn't do anything when they were needed.

This characters power was made first, then his description was made (not a good way to make a character tbh, I left his character sheet pretty blank compared to the others and it took me a while to properly fill it all in)

It's a direct physical enhancement power, unlike Ultimate, and to a lesser extent Valkyrie, who's power is energy manipulation

Being as it stems from psychology rather than emotion, the best way to stop him is to break his will, which alone is near impossible.

[Inner Demons] Activated at random in the most dire of situations, this power puts him at a border between his 'killer instinct' conscious and actual conscious. Most would assume this makes his ability better, but it actually makes it worse, as he has to balance his real thoughts with his killer instinct thoughts. Even after fighting is over the power doesn't deactivate, simply staying active for the next day or so after the fight can be considered 'over', leaving him in a twitchy and scared state as he can't focus on anything or even properly string together two thoughts, and notices every small sound. His Killer Instinct side also interprets even the smallest noise as a threat, which is why he's on such high alert.

He can use his power to make himself focus better, but it's rather risky because he becomes much more prone to violence and is much more irritable, so he rarely uses this ability, especially in public spaces.

[Telepathy] Since his powers stem from his physchology rather than his physical and emotional state telepaths can make him completely powerless. Regrowth can only somewhat soften his punches, but not by much.

[Mental instability] General mental illness/instability causes his powers to be almost useless, as they're directly tied to how strong he is mentally rather than how strong he is emotionally.

[Street boxing] This was learned because he had no other choice. Similarly to Ultimate, he acts mostly on instinct, but only stays in boxing stances and uses boxing techniques.

[Pure pain style] Learned by Ultimate, who advised not to use it unless it's the only way to hit your opponent. It involves allowing yourself to be hit, practically throwing yourself into their fist/leg, to get a hit off on them.

His brain activates the innate instinct to kill and destroy any perceived threats, and it is specific in who it chooses, as anyone who he feels indifferent to will be spared/protected, while those who've harmed/wronged him will be given an appropriate beating based on what they did and his mood.

His strength, speed, and agility are all superior to that of a normal human. It even rivals the power of Ultimate's Imperfect Power. He can heal from gun shot wounds in seconds and is almost immune to pain unless it's inflicted by someone who is particularly powerful (Ultimate, Speed Star, etc).

Unlike powers which stem from emotion (which is almost all others) his stems from his psychology, so getting angry would make him stronger with less drawbacks.

A hoodie (always hood down unless it's particularly cold) and a pair of, now faded, jeans.

If it's particularly hot he opts for a regular t-shirt with the same pants.

A slick black spandex outfit with white lines starting at the neck and leading to the ends of his limbs (lines are straight, and instead of curving the line goes in another direction entirely to form sharp edges). Other than Trauma, he is one of the few to wear a mask, but his only covers the front of his face and leaves the back and top of his head exposed, with one-way glass over the eyes rather than tinted glass. The eyes are a slightly lighter shade of black, not much lighter and far from being grey, but you can certainly tell there's at least a small difference.
