His right eye has become more complex as it takes the form of red flesh. With what like seems scar tissue that can sense even the most minute changes in temperature. This does come at the price of being extremely sensitive to touch and concentrated light, potentially causing somewhat severe damage to his vision and causing searing pain.

There is an area stripped of skin and "normal" flesh on his left arm. This patch of tissue can create bone spikes that can be thrown one at a time or "fired" as a single scattershot. These bone spikes take a few hours to fully reform thanks to Muto's enhanced ability to regenerate.

His hamstrings and quadriceps have been greatly mutated as to increase speed, mobility, and balance. Special dewclaws have also sprouted from his legs allowing him to climb larger objects and for a quick shift of momentum.

His mouth has also undergone some changes, as it has increased the bitting power of a human twenty-fold. This adaptation can allow him to bite through harder substances, bone, rock, glass, even some metals. This enhanced mouth can also apply that pressure outward, should someone place something to keep his mouth closed, he can pull it apart with just his jaw.
