He was raised in northern England by his parents along with extended family. Everybody knew each other in his little town, and he wanted to escape it. Just as he wanted, he did, and after living in London for some time, he eventually became one of the Queen's privateers. This, he always thought to himself, was the best kind of life.
Or at least he did until his ship was overpowered, plundered, and sunk by pirates. He was one of a few survivors, but became the last when the Spanish Navy caught them and had them tried and executed for piracy. While incarcerated, he met [rei's oc], and they've been inseparable ever since they escaped together.
