It's true form is that of a young, beautiful, thin, graceful humanoid, with pale soft skin, floating hair and a generally kind face. It's never made clear whether they are male or female.
In this form, The Oracle seems to resemble an Ascended Morphidae, due to its angelic appearance and kind face, although it lacks the trade mark wing shaped ears real Morphidae possess

The Oracle is an enigmatic individual. It behaves much like an angel, kind demeanor and everything, going as far as to take on the appearance of someone dear to the victim, as to gain their trust even more. The Oracle is a very patient being, willing to spend a long time just to successfully make someone let their guard down completely.
Despite its kind appearance, the Oracle is in fact a very dangerous being, that seeks to feed on the creatures it captures.
If someone does eventually resists its charms and attempts to leave, the creature will try to make them stay through various means such as promises or begging, but eventually letting them go if they cannot convince the person to stay. At very rare times, if the Oracle is desperate to make its prey stay it will attempt to restrain it with vines or try to trap them in an illusion maze, though it is rare for the creature to become that desperate. When Alphonse escaped its domain, it did not become furious nor dissatisfied, instead it smiled knowingly, with a slightly unsettling vibe contrasting its beautiful face.
Even though its intentions are pretty much malevolent, the Oracle has a very strong sense of honesty, as it can only give true answers to the questions it receives, making the encounter with it as rewarding as it is dangerous

It speaks in a very calm and soothing manner, its touches are light and delicate, usually preferring to fondle the hair of the person resting their head on its lap. It always has a faint kind smile on its lips, moves in a gentle manner, appearing to float above the ground when walking. It offers food and a place to rest to whoever comes looking for them, acting as a caring host.

It usually keeps its eyes closed while listening to the questions it is asked, sometimes lightly nodding its head (kinda like a psychologist lol)

If threatened by a stronger opponent, it will attempt to flee through various means, but if someone managed to corner them, The Oracle will lose its usual calmness and actually display fright

Even though it spends its time pretending to be an Ascended Morphidae, the Oracle is actually afraid of the real ones, avoiding them like the plague if they're nearby. Morphidae can easily see through its illusions and are in no way easy to capture, so rather than risking getting into trouble with the specie they're impersonating, the Oracle prefers to not engage them at all.

Rin also managed to instill fear in the creature, most likely due to his nature as a daemon and his level of power (daemons are made from Morphidae so naturally she fears those as well)

Being a very strong trickster, it's illusions are flawless and are usually hard to see through (unless you're a Morphidae or a heavy magic user)

It greatly enjoys studying the mind of the person it's talking to, looking through their dreams, thoughts, fears and memories as well

During its encounter with Alphonse, the being stated it felt very attracted by the boy's magenta eyes.

It is unknown when this being came into existence, but it most likely started out as a trickster. Having been gifted with a decent amount of knowledge from the start, this creature made a living out of offering people answers to their questions; in return, the people began seeking out the being. In time, it gained recognition and grew stronger, feeding on magic provided by its victims and using it to gain more knowledge, slowly rising to the level or near-god. The Oracle is one of the very few, if not the only one of its kind to grow this powerful and old. With the rise of its magic, the creature became braver, going as far as to pose as an angel, in order to lure even more people in (through this claim, this creature further damaged the reputation of the real Morphidae, leading people to believe the creatures were kind faced monsters).

In current stories, this being is introduced as the Angel from the Blue Pavilion, currently reziding near the Starry Lake close to the border between the monster territory and the human realm. The creatures living in the monster realm know the Oracle and fear it, thus they rarely seek it. They're rumored to know everything under the sun, including past present and future, fact that leads a lot of people to look for it in search for answers to their problems. Upon encounter, it agrees to offer its advice, if the person is willing to rest their head on its lap; once the person agrees, the Oracle proceeds to offer the answers the person is looking for, but carefully offering little by little, weaving them together with its soft, enchanting voice, subtly asking them to stay with it, so they may rest longer - this is in fact, its way of enchanting the victim, so it may never leave.

After it secures its prey in a deep comforting sleep, the Oracle proceeds to feed on their life force, consuming it slowly until nothing is left of the victim.

Because it has little to no combat abilities at all, The Oracle is usually easy to get away from, if one manages to stay awake despite its charms. And those that manage to escape its enchantments, leave with valuable information, for the Oracle is bound to always tell the truth, no matter how sinister its intentions are.

Despite posing as an Ascended Morphidae, the Oracle does not dare face an actual Morphidae, for their powers are beyond its own.

Tricksters are usually small creatures made of a black semi liquid substance that vaguely resemble other animals, such as rodents, with certain random features such as limbs, eyes or mouths on different parts of the body.
Stronger tricksters tend to take on more humanoid features and blend in with the crowd, posing as humans

They are generally quite harmless and shy, feeding on plants and morning dew, but as they gain magic, they start becoming braver, coming into the light more often and trying all sorts of tricks on other creatures as to further increase their magic

There are many theories regarding their origins. Some say they are tiny particles from an unknown substance, others believe they are formed from magic mixing with something else. Regardless of the origin, these creaturss are usually unimportant to the rest of the species, who treat the average tricksters as nothing more than common rodents.

They are usually quite fragile, mere shadow creatures hidden in dark corners and are quite easy to kill. Also, once their mirrages are dispelled, they become vulnerable, since they focus their magic primarily on illusions and charms, rather than physical power

Small tricksters live up to about a hundred years or so. Humanized tricksters can reach up to several hundreds, depending on how much magic they have. The Oracle is currently the only Trickster that has lived for thousands of years, due to all the magic it has fed on

Their most common ability is shapeshifting, hence the name Trickster. They can learn more complicated magic as they grow stronger, becoming capable of intricate illusions, powerful spells and many other.

The Oracle has focused most of its magic on gaining knowledge, becoming renowned for its incredible wisdom. While it may not possess the powers of a real Morphidae, it definitely has the wisdom of one
